Here is an example search and how to go about contacting potential leads:
A Local Search for Restaurants in YP.com
I did a search for restaurants near me and then I look at a few of the websites in the listings
I noticed this business’s website Darcy’s Pint

Make notes of the pros and cons of the site:
The website is a bit outdated and the forms on the site are not user friendly.
In this example you would call a business like this and say:
Hi this is [Your Name Here], I would like to find out who does your marketing.
If the person you you speak to gives you the info write it down the name and ask to speak with them, if they transfer you that person say something like: Hi there I was just noticing your website and while it is appealing I have some ideas on how to improve it, would it be ok if i send over a quick bullet point in an email on a couple suggestions?
If they say yes get the email and enter the email into your clients in hubspot and we will send them an email which will give them info and have them contact you back to set an appointment to talk to us.
If you cant get the name of the person who handles the marketing hen try to get the name of the person who does and add that name to the lead list to then call back the next day or so and ask specially for that person.
Example Sales Pitch Script Template:
You: Hello, my name is [Your name]. I was wondering if you could help me. Are you the person who handles your marketing?
Prospect: Says yes or names objections
You: Great. I have a few ideas to help your business grow if you have a couple of moments if not I would be happy to cal at a better time.
Prospect: Responds. Yes & No
You: Pitch a few ideas such as improvements to the website or increase advertising
You: Would Day & Time work for you then?
You: Great let’s set p a time to chat. Set time –
